Verizon: Network sabotage during strike disrupted thousands of customers, Union blames Verizon for failing to maintain network, and strike continues. Somehow the Xbox came down and all the wires got chewed by a squirrel, to the point that none where attached, that's bad luck, I must say!!!

Hate to say this since I am a management scab, but I have had to go out and repair SACs where an EWAer removed a bunch of wires and forgot where they cam off of.
I keep telling people, use a pen and paper or take a photo if you think you need to start moving wires.
