This is what happens when the plant is allowed to deteriorate. Union workers have had problems for years. You can't expect EWA's to fix something that has been a problem . The only logically outcome would be now that they see what it's really like they may notify the powers that be.

This is what happens when the company fails to reinvest in basic plant and equipment. The company said, in a whisper, after the 2011 strike that they would not reinest in ANY copper. The copper would go FiOS, wireless or not be out customer.
Who's fault is that when the money went into Redbox and Terremark instead of taking care of the 'paying' customers?
Static on line, fed from rear of property, they are just getting a drive by at best. Scabs will not be fixing that service.
Op knows this but also knows thousands of customers still on copper.. They are calling in troubles every day....Static on line.....hum on line.....no dial tone.....Have fun fixing the plant Verizon gave up on years ago...
The plant is a mess, but it has nothing to do with the union workforce. A few years back the management of Verizon made a decision to not fix anything, just hit and run. But if you (OP) had any time here you would know that.
This only proves the union is full of sh+t. On one hand they claim this awesome network was built by the union, on the other they admit they did a crap job if a little rain happens. What a collection of low info schmuckholes.
