Not surprised to see this happening already. When a field tech sees a hard job and he is lazy and doesn't want to do the work he'll just NO ACCESS it and then customer calls in here screaming and yelling!!!!
Our field techs do not deserve to get paid what they get paid!!!
Hey OP , you are full of it. Between the mandatory call aheads, precontacts and proof from GPS. Techs just can't NA a job.
Maybe these "hard jobs" should have 4 or 5 technicians sent out together to do the job, as was the case during the strike. And don't forget, customers never lie. OP u r a douchebag ✔💩
EWA's no accessing half of their jobs and signing off complete on the other half even though it was never touched. A few FT's are bad eggs, what's your point?

No access to terminal which is not on customers property
No access to manhole car parked over it
Customers being home doesnt have everything to do with the job
Kudos to those techs, at the end, it really does not matter how hard you work, eventually the people who sign your pink slip don't even know how good you are, just milk the cow as long as you can, these company does not value US
