Leadership always tell employees 1+1=3. Not sure where they went to school, but last I checked, 1+1=2. Even my 5 year old knows how to do math.

Wrong!!! that was last months formula. It is now 2 +3 = 7

Actually, they are correct: 1 + 1 = 3
1 set of layoffs + 1 set of site closings = 3 million dollars in bonus to the execs
