Lowell didn't even know why the strike occurred, didn't know about jobs sent to the Philippines. He is clueless.
Funny that you'd discount what Lowell stated. He is the guy running the show.
Untruthes are traditionally signaled by certain qualifiers in speech, for example:
"One upon a time....,"
"I didn't see this but a guy my cousin knows said it really happened...."
"Lowell stated...."
Lowell stated ewa did 66% more work with a staff of 1/2. Union folks are anything but rock stars.
