Just a matter of time before Frontier sucks up the remaining wireline from Verizon. We got sucked up in CA and VZ denied any buy out was happening until they could not hold back the transaction news anymore. Just like what is happening in the East. Hold on as all VZ wireline will soon be Frontier. Good thing is we don't have all the VZ B.S. anymore, Bad news is we are dealing with 1980 technology and operating software systems. Overall it is still good.

Fairpoint has enough of their own problems. They can't figure out how to maintain what they have.

Fairpoint is just about bankrupt, and Frontier is pissed at Verizon's current leadership because of their "creative" accounting and maintenance record-keeping.
