OP, who made you boss of the website? In management myself and have no issue with union people posting. Just shut up with your complaints. They are as much an employee of the company like the rest of us. There is this feature called scroll past if you don't want to read it. You sound like a moron. Whoa is me and all about me. By the end of this contract most of the motivated EWA folks will be posting on message blogs about what a great job they did. While sitting and waiting for the next offer from India.
Sh--creek ends up with a better paying job at a better company. Always has... always will. Union workers end up taking the family to the dumpster for dinner.
