The answer is quite simple. If you are not dealing directly with the customer, helping to generate revenue or doing a "productive" job that benefits the customer, then you are not needed. Less management equals a better work environment and better productivity.

The dirtbag management in northern NJ just hired a former corrections officer to be 1st line manager. Not sure if he is capable of speech. He/it will not look you in the eye.

Bring back all management from the 90's. Problem solved.
Everything between 1st and 4th level management. Getting paid to forward emails is not a job worth keeping around. One union clerk could do all their supposed jobs.
eliminate them all! i know it's been proposed before, but we SHOULD buy wireline and show them how it's done!
Anyone can do this job , with some training, is not rocket science for sure, time to come down bubble heads!!
