ATT's 2020 strategy is to have 80% of their workforce outsourced. It is true that those training others in 3rd party sites are simply training their replacements and they are not even aware. I feel bad for them and so glad I was surplused and given severance. The future separations may not be so lucky.
The jobs ARE leaving. I called DTV today about an issue and I couldn't understand the rep so I asked to be transferred to someone in the US. I was transferred, and the 2nd accent was even worse. I asked her if she was located in the US, and her reply was, "We aren't able to transfer to the US."

Depends on the position they are in and as I said what the degree is in. A CSR with a chemical engineering degree is probably not even worth $19/hr

Job, jobs, the quality sucks, AT&T keeps saying "we can'T find qualified applicants" I can see why for what they are willing to pay in US, looks more like India salaries, I have friends with Engineering degrees wew offered 38k,no wonder

If people simply check into the Clinton Foundation and where all the money is going they will realize she is a thief and liar.

People think it will be the other guy until they realize the training they are doing with the off shore people are not to help them but replace them.
We lost 92 in the department to Off shore and expect more. ATT will show numbers that make people think there are no layoffs but until your affected you wont realize it all bull.
We were told the call center will be closed by mid summer. Looking for a job seems like a stall to let ATT plan even more.
Don't vote for Trump. People in other countries need the jobs.
