Fools! the lower case is because the original company in upper case was the better one and when SBC snagged the company they were forced to use the lower case because they were not as good!

You can't put an ampersand (&) in a page title
I think this may be more a reflection of the site's URL naming convention than anything else
The lower case at&t is correct - after the take over by Cingular/ merge with black south...........etc.
