Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

After this morning's call...

...with Bob Fudge, the Union got done sympathy from me.

Ain't gonna lie, a lot of the rhetoric on this board disgusts me. But that cuts both ways.lLo

However, after Bob was asked if we EWAs could get a few extra personal days once this was all over.

His pi$$-poor response of "...I think your pay has been more then generous..." disgusted me.

Paying me for being forced to work away from home and family for weeks on end... forcing us to work forced OT... That's not generous. Our pay isn't generous... You have to pay us for forced OT.

I'd hate to think what this company would consider un-generous.

Unionize! That will scare the pants off the Company. Hey , the NYPD has PBA, a union for the sargeants, the LT, the Capt, etc. There is no reason 1st level and other low level non union positions can't organize. No more EWA! ;no more harassment, better pay, better hours... look in to it!

The EWA managers are about the most spineless, lying creatures on the face of the earth. They suck up to the boss at every chance, roll-over and pee on themselves when the boss beats them, and most of them won't even be able to get a job once they're RIF'd. They live in fear on a daily basis.

Now get back to work scabbies. The mgmt. knob needs more polish before you're let go.

Bernie and Hillary are getting married and the union will be broken. Conference bridge at 3am cause its super secret cause the union sold us out and Mars is going to attack in a week, I told you this a month ago, see I was right! And Washington is watching a storm which was part of the sellout contract to ruin lives and eat babies. That's why the gorilla was shot, to keep the truth hidden from the union minions. ALL AIR CONDITIONING WILL BE BROKEN TOMORROW, MARK MY WORDS. This was a hidden part of the contract, and they will not be fixed. Vote NO to this thing we can't read because we lost our glasses and it's in Chinese because they run the union and the Russians run the company. Do me a favor and shoot me like I was a gorilla dragging a child so I don't accidentally vote yes for this contract that doesn't really exist, except on Mars which is why they are attacking us.
