Tco- thank you for spelling it out. With 7 weeks lost pay, missed holiday weekend OT, and continuing to pay union dues out of your paychecks, was it worth it? Not sure

See that is the problem right there, everyone speaks in terms of what they "deserve". No one owes you Jack sh--, but you think you are entitled

We already had a 7.5% before we walked. After walking we have a 10.5%, but over an additional year, so really only a .5% incremental on what was on the table originally. I see folks saying they'll make it up in OT. To do that you will have to work OT above what you were working prior to the strike. Since one of the main issues was "forced OT" it seems that OT was already readily available and being worked forcibly already. In other words, if you were already working 12 hours of OT a week, you will have to work >12 hours to start cutting into what you lost. We lost on healthcare. New hires cut into available OT. Finally, if the company asked for 10 concessions, but we beat back 7, we still gave up 3. Kinda weird people are celebrating that.

I agree. We do not have a bad contract. Relocation and article 8 left the way it was.

Piss off, SCAB! You don't know our sacrifices and work. We have a BAD contract and we are supposed to go clean up after YOU and save Verizon. We deserve better!
