So if COR and LD become aligned would it be fair to assume RSCs could transfer internally to former LD locations since ATT would be taking them back over?

Yes they are switching the majority of doors from COR to ld. They have switched many very rural doors to dealer as many have posted on here time and again and you can check your facts by looking at the att door count anywhere in the usa. They are and have been going store by store from vermont to alaska for the last 4 years and continue to do so. Any cor store that falls behind gets thrown to the wolves called authorized retail. Growth in ld is if you want to work for the ld, not att. The att reps who supported local dealer/authorized retail were almost cut in half and consolidated. they will all be gone by the end of the year and you can put $ on that one.
these local dealers love me spring mobile are huge they are companies themselves I can't see att keeping COR stores not in this market
Att is not switching all doors to LD. They are switching some and aggressively growing LD. COR is just not going to grow and they are also not going to go away. If you want career growth it would be good to get onto a strong LD rapidly growing.
So how long before Cor goes dealer and what will the progression look like? The union is asleep at the wheel if they don't see this coming they must be getting ready to write people up to get them out the door I can see a whole lot of things getting ready to take affect any info from anyone would be greatly appreciates
And if you get hired like that there is an agreement in place where you have to pay your severance back or not get it at all.
att is not taking them back over. cor stores are becoming dealer with a few exceptions
they offer them jobs there but its not guaranteed and you have no rights or union membership. you no longer are a union member or work for att, thats the point
