This should have been ratified last August; the vz organization and McAdam started a fight and lost, so I want the agreed increase from 8/15, otherwise NO to the new contract. who is with me?

Actually, I'd say McAdam and the company won big. They didn't have to pay your salaries for almost two months, and even with the management OT they had to pay it was a net gain for them. In this new contract, they didn't have to give up anything they hadn't planned on giving up.
The only people who lost financially were the union members, and this new contract really doesn't have any major wins for the union, at least nothing that the company hadn't planned on.
Any casual observer who looked at the financials would agree that the union members were the big losers in the whole thing. They lost two months of pay that can't be made up, but everyone else (the company, the union leadership, etc) came out way ahead.
