Now that we have to return to work and we gained essentially nothing considering the pay and OT we just lost these last 7 weeks. I was thinking, the local BA's and "executives" have it pretty damn good!...They answer to noone, they act as if what they do matters and it doesnt, they answer to shelton and the Trainers!,lol. I would like to sit around and pretend to be important, organize picnics, charity events and grovel to local politicians as if it really matters. When a member complains I would just have to say, They can do that!....The perks as a BA are almost criminal, they get to basicly go on vacations with their spouse, eat, drink on our dues money!....They get paid during the strike and pretend they are hurting with us,lol.....Yeah, I want to get into the club, the problem is, my Mommy and Daddy were never past executives...do I have a chance?

Send the them back to their tools.....term limits!....There are some with titles such as presidents assistant that have done pretty much nothing the last 40 years, living off our dues and have no intention to retire anytime soon....I mean, would you give up a job at the local????lol...of course not!
