I think we as a company should enforce no OT for the Union, let them work 40 hrs per week and no more. Give them the same performance measures that management has and discipline them on EVERY offense! Enjoy your crap Union employees. You don't even know what you're voting for. Ha Ha.

Any manager on this board promoting what essential is premeditated work place harassment is showing everyone the kind of people Verizon hires into these positions. Such complete fools. But please continue. I mean it is anonymous, right? Or is it really?
If you hate your employees or your crew that work for you,then maybe you should get another job where you work by yourself. .easy just quit or hopefully you get riffed so you will not be so angry and hatefull..thats the biggest problem in this company, you get people that become maneger 1st,2nd,3rd level and if they came from being techs , they usally were the worst workers and then when they get to that position they go on a power trip and think all techs do what they where doing when they were sh--ty techs..so you made a disgruntled work environment, poor moral.also the company hires these veterans as manegers and they dont know how to talk to people .we are not robot's and they dont know anything about the job and most of then are not too bright....thats how verizon is being operated...very very sad..they rif all the knowledgeable older manegers and bring these idiots in ..hey if thats what they .thats what they do.im waiting for the next eipp and im out
Where have you been past 15 years? We do get disciplined on every offense. And limit me to 40 hours, then when a call-out comes in explain to the police and the electric utilities that your hatred for the Union clouds your thoughts on public safety. Donkey, I know this website has very little basis in reality but let it go. It's over, if you're still angry in 2019, start up again. By then you might not be an angry virgin anymore....
Verizon used to require a college degree for 1st and 2nd level managers, but what i'm seeing, even at 2nd level is GED at best. As a matter of fact they look, behave and speak more like they have criminal records than diplomas. Not joking. It's like Verizon is setting this up to fail. Don't think so? In New York, they have a Director/Vice president that has no higher education than a High School diploma......That is a fact! Vice president! No college!
They are setting it up for failure. That's their plan.

Good plan, get rid of the union, oh then what will management due, darn didn't think that far. By the way, 40 hrs sounds good to me, I still have my 5 weeks vacation so I won't be around much anyway. Also they pissed me off when they took my benefits, fmla here I come. You lose, loser.
