What are they still working on? Nothing we care about, just forced time away from our families, relocation assignment (called RAMP), training, productivity, performance requirements, forced overtime,
performance feedback, scheduling issues, and monitoring.

I agree gwc. People are bitching over stuff that a lot of people would be grateful for. EVERYONE pays more for health insurance every year. Bargaining is give and take. Did You think you were going to get it all and then some. Go back to work and try and recoup the 10 grand you just lost.
Our raise is $60 a week and premiums go up $30 a month. The raises are fine. You are crazy if you think this contract is no good. Relocation is off the table. This Contract BLOWS AWAY their LBFO and you should be happy with what was agreed upon. I'm from district 1 btw and will definitely be voting YES!!! Call center jobs, which is the biggest reason we went out, have been saved and a guarantee that more will be hired. Wake up and get real buddy. We ain't getting anything better. I'm not willing to lose more money than I already have for any minor subjects.
15 percent increase in medical less than that in a raise, you are net losing with this contract.
RAMP is Regional Associate Mobility Plan AKA known as the old Upward Mobility Plan, it's how you put in for a new job, NOT anything that is used by the company to force you anywhere!!! People really need to start RESEARCHING BEFORE BITCHING
