AT&T care about their employee? You are an idiot. AT&T outsource their call center too. If you hate working for Verizon this much, why don't you look for another job?
My whole extended family just went to ATT from VZ, they seem to actually care about their employees. Glad we averted their strike, sorta. I am anxious to find some other employees who keep being lied to by their CEO and spineless managers.
AT&T is not going anywhere.
