The numbers were lower last contract and they did not hit those numbers but we shall see
and to think that the obama administration was in on this deal... so they are okay with jobs going oversees in 2017.... but he won't be in office so it's no big deal... such a political move
Verizon will make sure they hit Those numbers, they want the call centers gone
