Our garage managers were awesome. The only correct statement you made was that Copper plant sucks and will continue to be abandoned. There was so much put to voice link and the majority of customers gladly migrated.

The second level at my location was a pure animal. Threw truck keys at one associate, and threatened another group to increase production, even though it was clear we were out of our element. I would imagine this marcalleus Wallace wannabe is a terror to the usual work force. I hope to never see him again.

If the shoe were on the other foot you would understand the anger of the union guys.but you EWS' s come from right to work state and have no choice. If your boss tells you to eat sh-- you will proudly do so using your hand..it comes down too that all you guys and gals are just jealous or have sometype of envy towards unionized labot ..is it because they have better bennys than you that what it is. So job finish your last days here and go the F home...enough of this union yhis as nd that..your guys are the imature ones not the union guys really

My local supervisor was awesome. If you had PTO he, didn't care. Made every effort to accomadate everyone.

I did however witness first hand how little the Union members do at work.

I was racially profiled by the area people I was posted in but my garage people and especially who crossed the picket line were so cool and my supervisor was very nice at least to us

I was treated very professional and in a great way. Maybe some of the troubles that existed were created by the union. The way everybody on strike spoke about how rotten it is I wonder why do you even stay here?

Some of the unions behavior was reprehensible, however, I did experience /witness verbal abuse in my location. Coming from a very laid back white collar job, I expected to be treated with respect. Boy was I wrong. I can understand the level of anger present in the picketers, but take it out on the managers that treat you unfairly.
