Mc Jackass and Midget Reed need to go. It time we get real visionary in the top seat, someone that can put all of this great stuff together and expand. These people that we have now are just holding us back, we can and could do so much better without them. The wireless brand is so stupid and dull, everyone is tired of crappy outsourcing and limited expansion of the Fios system is not by accident. Verizon could be branded as AMERICAN if they were smart. But these old farts running things are missing it. Get rid of all the outsourcing and employ ONLY AMERICAN WORKERS AND ADVERTISE AS SUCH. reopen or fill these half filled centers with more employees. And strong divers network is best besides if you were to get the bandwidth you need it would probably be another case for the government to step in and allow only so much per carrier. This fight with labor was not worth it and came rather close to seriously and permanently damaging Verizon branding "Better Matters." Better Mater sounds really stupid from a company that wants to outsource more AMERICAN JOBS, people are getting very very sensitive to this issue. The CEO Lowell needs to GO and take Mark Reed with you.. Better does Matter and WE WANT MORE!

Hell, Discover is advertising that all call centers are 100% USA. No one wants to talk to these foreigners.
What you say makes sense. Therefore it will be ignored. Nothing VZ does makes sense. It seems to me for the last 8years or so, they have been actively sabotaging the wireline side. If it makes sense, they refuse to do it.
