I'm home for my 3 days off. Supposed to report back to garage on Tuesday. And potentially fly back home on Wed, assuming union comes back that day.
Is the company really making us fly back to EWA assignment just to work one day? Isn't that a waste of airfare, rental car, etc?

well. you are not the first one...Some nice lady on crowdaround showed off that she shopped around for her husband when she drove between CO. I wanted to show her the break time guideline for ewa. As the site is heavily monitored by the company, I didn't.

Problem w management in this company is that no one dares to challenge their superiors no matter how valid a point they have. It's pitiful and needs to change. A director has some moronic idea, presents it to his "team" and they all applaud. Talk about sheep. Someone needs to stand up and say no once in a while. Not likely.

Why dont you union folks purchase controlling interest in the company. Then you can put in place executives that would run the company the way you believe it should be run.
