Many of us have won either way. Let me explain:
scenario # 1: we have a decent contract in front of us. I'll do my job for the next few years, presuming that the workplace atmosphere changes for the better compared to what was in place when we went out.
scenario # 2: the contract is a piece of junk and/or workplace atmosphere is still hostile. My retirement papers are going in.
