Technicians who never showed up, showed up looking like a bums, technicians who showed up and didn't have a clue, technicians who damaged customers property ... You might be surprised to hear that our customers felt more comfortable opening their door to someone that looked professional, instead of a beer bellied bad grandpa with a braided silver beard and visible tattoos all over. People hide their jewelry when FiOS associates show up! Get lost you bunch of low class jerks.
