If any higher ups are reading this could you please give us factual info on any call centers closing or loss of CSR jobs my entire center is very worried. We saw our director and other upper management demoted. Our trainer was sent overseas. Almost all of office support is gone.

About time to see the writing on the wall. Upper management is reading these and will only use the comments to avoid and limit. If you do anything for yourself, read the comments and understand the direction ATT is heading and look for a place for yourself if not here then in another job.
