Was reading an email from the union. Looks like there will be a back to work agreement and we will be going back before ratification. Maybe as soon as Weds. I for one would not be happy. Ratification or nothing!!!!

I agree. We'll be pushed back to work prior to ratification, though.

There will be a time frame of some kind, in the respect of union having to give the company a 30/45/whatever-along-those-lines day notice....
