No one has seen the terms but we are talking about returning June 1. If we go back to work we will be essentially forced to agree to it since we aren't going to want to strike again. We need to stay out until we see the full terms, not just talking points and have time to think about it and vote with our gut, not because our hands are forced.

Remember if we vote no and walk back out, it's another 7 weeks for unemployment. Better make sure this is the right choice.
I'd prefer to stay out myself until I get to see the contract. Very doubtful that such an option will exist, though...
Who cares about working - or not - on a Memorial Day after 7 weeks of strike anyway? If one is interested in OT there will be more of that than we want once we return given the disaster that the entire plant must be after 7 weeks of "highly trained replacements" doing our work...

The EWA's are already taking are double time and half for Memorial Day .. We need to go back ASAP to make our OT
