10.5% raise over the course of 4 years lol you call that a win? 2.62% average a year increase... not something I would celebrate hah. Corporate gets 5% each year. but then again, they do actually work..
Nice win for the unions. We only had to give up 7 weeks pay. In return we get the same deal that was on the table from the start plus one minor give-back on relocation. We even got back 3-4 days of pay!
Man, this was so totally worth it! I could not be more proud of our wonderful union leaders. Now I know that they really care about me and my family. What a great day!
