When is the next round of layoffs? There are some call centers with a small amount of people that were told are at risk and center has no plan of hiring more reps but the managers are still waiting for the call.

I know right? Who knows? But the same for us at the Dtv call center we work at. Only a few have been laid off? Our call center was told about 40%- 50 % management but they are all stll here. Maybe that was it. Hopefully that was it. But for the csr level we have not had layoffs. Anybody know further details?
