Word is he is announcing to Director level and above to expect this to last through September. Also going to go into details on Phase 3 which will be implemented starting June 15th.

Lets see Lowell states that strikes are 3 month phases. Phase 1 get untrained hacks in to try to facilitate the loss of customers. Phase 2 is to hire unscreened lowlifes that will stop cooking meth long enough to rob steal and sexually harass more customers away. Phase 3 overpay for yahoo and roll out GO91 to the millennials. Phase 4 golden parachute.
The call has nothing to do with the strike. Lowell just wants to let the Directors and above that he doesn't have small hands.
