So far, looks great !! Job security intact, 10% raise, adding union jobs , out of state transfers off the table , $1200 ratification bonus etc, slight increase in healthcare , now VZ wireless retail unionized. I'd say not bad from what I've seen. Congrats on making your $$$ RIF time is soon.

We aren't being sold. We just bought XO's lines and so much more is coming. If you had a 4 year contract instead of 90 days you may know a little about the companies direction, but you will never be included in our club. Scab!
Looks like it is not much different from 7.5% over three years, which is 2.5% annually.
Did you do the math? 10.5% over 4 years is ONLY 2.6% annually. And you are bragging that you won?

1500 jobs added with no job security, after a couple EISP'S they will have what they want, move to a new location or you don't have a job, but hey most of us will be retired so screw the low guy.

Hopefully we set an example of what can happen if you fight for something. A lot of upcoming contracts for other companies about to happen. I say from what I've seen we did well.
WHEN not IF VZ sells off Wireline , The new owners will honor the Union contract in their own way....i.e. you will have a job "position" out-of-state, since out of state transfers are off the table, if you say no to moving to YOUR job position - guess what happens to you ? Bingo
