Indeed it is. We ourselves screwed up in certain areas - and I'm going back to late 70s with this statement - but hopefully things get back on track now.
That's a huge plus, here in eastern va where cooper is a scab , we have a lot of transfers and such to be done...... Now the next part is for the opts to step up and take the call outs and take the work. Don't keep the scabs working in your area!

A lot of opt work was able to be contracted out. It appears that work may be protected under the new contract. We will have to wait and see
what does this mean?
