Okay, before this thread is bombarded with a million scabs suck and EWA blah blah, could someone explain what happens when the negotiations are done? Like say hypothetically if the union and Verizon leaders come to an agreement this weekend, it needs to get ratified, then how much longer after that would it be until Union workers return to the job? Kinda just trying to understand the whole process
