Lowell and friends have never had a problem with insulting customers and making them angry. Oh and if you haven't notice, they don't have much regard for the employees either, union and non-union alike.
Do yourselves a favor folks, find a new job as soon as you can. It's the only way to save your pride and future.

We can do it cause we are in da union and da union is good. I just love insulting dem smart asscustomers dat don't care about the union getting much more money and fully paid benefits. The company has so much money they should pay off my mortgage and car payments. Go union.
Customers that cross a picket line to enter a store are being harassed and driven away. Those customers have FIOS too. That isn't giving the brotherhood a good reputation. After being treated that way why would they ever want you in their home again to repair service. I don't see how making customers angry with you can possibly be a good strategy.
We're not driving ANYONE away, the temps are; read the posts: no shows, go backs, long hold time, you all paint a rosy picture of how great VZ is running, but from what I've witnessed in the field nothing is getting done,, and no facts or data to back up your claims.
And yet the stock price goes up. Good thing FIOS is a very small part of the global revenue stream. Selling into 150+ countries is a big area. Driving some customers away by insulting them on the picket line will do no real lasting damage to the company except make the customers hate you and never want you back in their house again after this ends. Real survey feedback right there from actual conversations with customers.
