Middle Class Jobs...

When the RIF occurs and thousands of mget jobs are cut, will you fight for those people? Or is it only dues-paying middle class jobs you care about?

Anti union people all get their panties in a bunch and make claims we pay union dues for various false reasons. Well here you go. This is why i paid union dues

"1st levels should organize, fast."

That should've been done in 2006, after the pension freeze. It might be too late now, with the way McAdam has been running this show.

Nevertheless, I'll fully support anyone who would try to organize in order to achieve a job worth having.

When I joined the company, being a 1st level manager was above and beyond a decent job. Sure, they didn't have union protection, but in all fairness they were OK without it. Nowadays...even if my boss made five times the amount of money that I did - which he doesn't - I still wouldn't want his job. Not for one day.

I've seen so many good and experienced people cut so that someones kid could have a job.. This country is on a path to the 40's where almost all jobs are union jobs.

If the first levels organize themselves and take a stand, sure. But if they act like the Sheeple that they have been beaten down to the past 6-7 years, then no
