I do feel used by the company and regret ever taking a management position. I'm glad the union stood up to these bullies- yes I had an EWA assignment, am a single mother and was happy to get the $, but I am sorry that it came at the expense of others. Congrats on the win wish I was still on ur side- anyone that says otherwise is ignorant.

Plz send me what you union whales smoke....coz I see a total disconnect ...oh I mean a hard short on reality check....where you pulling this RIF crap from... don't forget we replaced you as EWA and after doing it for 40 days realized that anyone can replace you and the best ones are school dropouts coz there is no growth and no career to make out of installing ONTs and STBs. Manhole is where you belong along with them rats and sewers. My assis used to work from my cozy home making twice as much as you... and not be brown nose like you are when you are 5 min late to work. I wake up at 10 am and off by 4 ...should have invested in school than drugs and BS. Word of advice my friend. Life does not take you seriously unless you take it seriously!!!

So far, looks great !! Job security intact, 10% raise, adding union jobs , out of state transfers off the table , $1200 ratification bonus etc, slight increase in healthcare , now VZ wireless retail unionized. I'd say not bad from what I've seen. Congrats on making your $$$ RIF time is soon.
