You two are funny, projecting your incompetence in others. Being management scabs and knowing how the system works makes it much easier to game it which is what a majority of you are doing. We get inside info on you, also you might want to look around you next time you stop to eat somewhere, someone might overhear you taking about closing tickets out and not doing the actual repairs.

hdh - yep FIOs is still backed up - just like it was when you were yanno...actually 'working'.
Great job with fudging the numbers, im sure upper management won't catch on that you are not completing all of the assigned repair tickets each day, auto completing repair tickets without doing any actual repairs to look like you are actually working and stealing from the company. How are those new fios installs? Still backed up for months I see. Great job vteam!
