Speculation and it's useless.
Verizon is ramping up to go the long haul. Union will either give them what they want or there will be no contract.
Folks, this is a wall street blogger who claims to have access to both sides. His information is likely no better than the trolls who post here. Even he says that he is speculating.
Move along. Nothing to see here.
