"Look I already know the law you look it up. We are not scared of your scare tactics. We have the right to organize and strike. These rights are guaranteed. We will get our jobs back no matter how long this goes. Get back to lying to the customer as to why you can't fix their job."

Wrong.

"Economic strikers defined. If the object of a strike is to obtain from the employer some economic concession such as higher wages, shorter hours, or better working conditions, the striking employees are called economic strikers. They retain their status as employees and cannot be discharged, but they can be replaced by their employer. If the employer has hired bona fide permanent replacements who are filling the jobs of the economic strikers when the strikers apply unconditionally to go back to work, the strikers are not entitled to reinstatement at that time. "

"Dumb Scabs educate yourself. Look up the Wagner act. The Union Employees cannot be permanently replaced."

So what do you call it then, when a company will not sign a contract w/a union but has hired monthly contractors to fill the jobs? This could go on for years, Jethro.

"The Union Employees cannot be permanently replaced."

Sure they can. Your ignorance of the law is big but not as big as the loopholes the company's lawyers are using to push your a$$ to the street.

You're already gone. You aren't coming back - unless you cow down and take the LBFO - or - apply for 1 of those tempjobs - better hurry, those are filling up fast.
