OP, Shhhh! You're not allowed to be union and think for yourself. Now you've done it. Now everyone with half a brain will realize that the young guys are getting used by the older guys. Sounds kind of ponzi-ish, doesn't it?

Union members only scream solidarity when they want so,etching someone else has. But when they are the ones getting the better end of a deal, then it's just too bad for the other guy. It's all about being selfish and greedy.
Unlike you stupid f---s, these guys know it's a temp gig and in everything, have a couple gigs setup in case. No bitching and moaning about entitlements. Or harassing "real" working people.
