Vz has made it clear over and over that the vzw contract is non negotiable and the union looks to be striking until they somehow change their mind. It will be interesting to see how you will all fare giving up your pay and benefits, as well as a very real chance at losing your job, so these 200 members can unionize. Obviously I see the CWA motivation here since more members is more $$$ for them but it will be interesting to see how this unfolds. A true test of sacrifice for wirline union.
