Company said they will not agree to a mediator now. Union rejected their offer for mediation 21/2 weeks ago. The Company is done.

Whether the company does or doesn't propose additional desperate last or final offers means nothing to me anymore, I no longer have a dog in the fight and I like many others are fully prepared to move on if we have to.
