They still get their usual paycheck and this strike does nothing but give them their five minutes of fame. If they were doing anything worth a crap there would have been more than one discussion since this strike started. We can blame it on the company all we want, but I see a lot of sitting around and waiting by the union leadership instead of taking action that MAKES the company come to the table.
All we are going to get out of this strike is a month or two of no pay; the union leadership is making out like a bandit and doing NOTHING to earn it.
