Your union is going to recommend that you ratify this contract. Look at the consequences of an impasse if it doesn't. And then you'll vote to come back, too.
Um, actually additional days off and return trips home will start shortly, hours likely to be trimmed to voluntary overtime, soon enough replacements will be hired so we can all get back to normal while you appeal to unemployment to pay you for abandoning your jobs... Well played Union

Meh, I don't mind making the monthly equivalent of $350k for a few more weeks while you're unemployed with no money or health benefits.
