You better pray every last one of us decide to come back, bad move on your part some of us are thinking about a career change. Ask really nice and we'll consider coming back ( pretty please with sugar on top ).

I am proud that our company hires special needs folks such as the original poster. Not all companies are equipped to do so.
Actually, you better hope you don't get locked out because if you do you'll never find another job that offers the pay and benefits of this one. You are playing with fire.
If you aren't coming back to work after today's meeting then I hope you have LOTS of savings because that will be all she wrote for you.
