Sooner or later there will be no learning curve. I think it's sooner.

With each RIF the company becomes less honest, less educated and more snowflake like. With each RIF the population of terrified Kool-Aid drinkers grow. With each RIF top line revenue continues to stall and decline. With each RIF the top execs increase their pile and reduce yours.
Verizon America's Most UnAmerican Company Next to Intel.
Stayed on a EWA triple play from 9am till 5;30 pm One box....did not finish, Customer asked them to leave.
I just saw a video posted yesterday of 2 EWA'ers taking 7 minutes, a customers help, and a bucket truck to take down a ladder.....Tell me again how great there doing?
Most of the EWAers are smarter. Some are doofusses whether on EWA or in their own position. With each rif, the doofuss population gets reduced. But on average, as the smart ones get experienced they become superior to most of the union people in most jobs except perhaps the most technical where you really need tons of experience. Thise are the union folks I'd hope the company would do all they could to retain. The others can go work for somone else if what Vz offers isn't good enough. Lots of Comcast employees willing to take their jobs.
What are you smoking son they are scared to death because we're supposed to get a rain storm.
As a stockholder, the videos I have seen of striking workers at VZW was alarming. They are not trained properly and we're eating hot dogs that were not always fully cooked. Theses slobs are a danger to themselves , and the public .
Do you really think we believe you we talk to the managers regularly these are friends we've worked with for a decade some longer. Things aren't getting better they are out of control running down hill faster than a train with no brakes. Keep posting we get a kick out of it.
As a stockholder the videos I have seen of replacement workers are alarming. They are not trained properly. The replacement workers are a danger to themselves , and the public .
Too little....too late
The work being done by the EWAs really shows how flexible and adaptable these folks are. It's actually amazing how quickly these managers from Corp, IT, Finance, HR, Strategy have stepped in under the worst of circumstances and almost immediately put out the backlog left by the former workforce. Great job, drink plenty of fluids and be safe!

Meanwhile your boss back in your office is pleased he/she can manage without you and can now add your name to the RIF list
I don't care who does the work as long as it's done correctly ,and Verizon doesn't lose customers ,and I don't lose money on my investments.
They really are doing some good work, perhaps better than uneducated Union craft employees
Verizon is not gaining customers everyday due to the strike. As a stockholder I am not happy about that.
"Their is no learning curves with the customer."
