I don't know why Union thinks they are going to stop Verizon from outsourcing, this is mass countrywide problem and nothing is going to stop it short of complete revolution.

Basically the same offer, with the exception of increased raise from 6.5 to 7.5. A little lower healthcare cost for employee. Union should accept, VZ will not give in to job movement and closing centers.
