If we don't come back there will not be a company, we are the company the only reason customers continue to use Verizon products is because of the dedicated workers. Please submit your lies and snide remarks it dosent change the fact that if we don't come back this company will fold.

You don't think the company would get contractors like Cablevision does? VZ would shed all the medical, pension and workers comp issues. Walking away sets the stage for this scenario.

If you don't come back it won't make a difference financially, and all that matters is the financials. You say you are the company, but the part of the company you work for contributes 7% of the income.
I can assure you that 7% and "we are the company" are mutually exclusive.
Why would the company fold? Do you really think you can't be replaced?
If we don't come back, I already have another job lined up and then this CEO and his Executives can go and eat crow for all I care.
