If ending corporate greed and excessive profit is the goal, the current path seems to be the best path to victory. CWA is 1.4 million strong worldwide, with millions in dues collected every month aND reported bI lions in the coffers for precisely this sort of pivotal moment. They should have more than enough to prop up VZ CWA workers indefinitely...actually should be able to easily pay normal wages and cover benifits if they choose. That could keep replacement 'managers' doing scab work for months, paying them equivalent of over 250000/yr when overtime /doubletime is factored in as if they're saving lives or something. They are fine working whatever hrs and jobs to greedily hoard cash until strike ends or enough non-contact workers are folded in, at which time VZ cans them and they get a several month package which VZ forks out. They move on and work for competitors or other industries using the certifications that VZ paid for. Union stays strong and continues to picket wireless stores hurting bottom line. All the factors together COULD bring VZ to its knees. As a hater of corporate whores, I say HOOORAAYYYYY!!!!!!

Great thinking... sorry but trying to drive the company that provides you, your living into the ground, bashing your non union coworkers...is beyond rational comprehension you don't work for CWA you work for Verizon...you pay CWA... CWA will cave tomorrow they won't support a long drawn out lost fight. They don't want to lose massive numbers Friday.. they need there money, that's what pays there salaries. prior to the strike your thoughts mentality was understood and even rational.. but the mentality and hatred that has been voiced (written) since strike occured is just well beyond professional and ... well it's just sad representation of the middle class you are so trying to represent.
