The union has had ample to time to prove they want to negotiate. Instead they've played the my way or the highway game. Now it bites them in the butt.

I think everyone needs to read the offer before passing judgement. Each needs to read the whole thing. Forget about the high school produced videos, they are poorly produced.
They are all over it at the bar eating using your dues.
Are you nuts. I have read the offer, it is as good as you are going to get. Very fair. Those of us not unionized are already basically working under the same terms. Try and find these type of wages and benefits anyplace else in today's world...you won't. If you are dumb enough to believe you can negotiate better terms by staying out you deserve what you get...a job making half and paying double for less health-care coverage. I am not a Kool aid drinker and actually think a good rif is in store for the dedicated ewa morons that think the v team is family, but this is as good as it is going to get.. Just the reality of the situation.

Its not worth anything. Just wanted to see if the union would flinch. The company guessed wrong again.
According to labor laws "last final ultimate super best offer" isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
